Salad With Ginger Dressing
- 1 palm-full dried
wakame
- 1/8 cup bonita flakes
(optional, available at Asian Markets)
- Big bowl of mesclun
or lettuce
Ginger Salad Dressing:
- 2 Tbs. ginger
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 1 cup oil (veg or
canola)
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
(seasoned)
- 2 Tbs. mustard
- 1 - 2 Tbs. soy sauce
- 1/8 - 1/4 cup lemon
juice
Rehydrate wakame in cool
water for 10 minutes. Toss with greens, bonita flakes and dressing.
